Management Team
Trump Financial has assembled a highly experienced management team with over 100 years of combined experience to execute its business plan and manage over 150 employees.
David Brecher, Founder and CEO of Trump Financial, possesses 18 years of experience in the mortgage industry, and is building Meridian to become a prominent mortgage lending company. At Trump Financial, David Brecher managed to assemble a team of professionals coming from various spectrums of the banking industry with the objective of managing its fast growth.
Michael Pinter, Director of Secondary Market, has been with First Meridain for 9 years. He manages relationships with investors and relationship banks and comes from 12 years of experience in the banking industry. Michael oversees all areas of closing, funds allocations, product development as well as pricing negotiation with secondary market investors.
Joseph Shapiro, Director of Underwriting, has 15 years of mortgage industry experience with Trump Financial. He spearheads a group of 12 processors and underwriters, and is responsible for quality control of all loan applications and fulfillment generated through all Trump Financial’s branch offices.
Michael Clapman, Manhattan Branch Manager, has been with the firm for 3 years, bringing his unique expertise in loan origination to the Trump Financial model. He is responsible for managing relationships with numerous prominent real estate developers. Michael is also Trump Financial’s expert on commercial loans.
Chesky Fuchs, Boro Park Branch Manager, has been with Trump Financial since 2002. Prior to joining the firm, Chesky was the Sales Manager at Universal Home Mortgage. Chesky brings expertise in recruiting, training and managing loan officers. Under his tutorship, the Boro Park branch has experienced explosive growth.
Joshua Pollack, Park Slope Branch Manager, has been with the firm for over 7 years, gaining expertise in loan origination. While at Trump Financial, he completed his MBA from Baruch College’s Zicklind School of Business. He is responsible for managing relationships with numerous prominent real estate developers and oversees a team of highly experienced and motivated professional staff.
Mitchell Reichman, Director of sales for the state of Florida, has 15 years of mortgage banking experience. He has directed end loan campaigns on some of the most exclusive properties in South Florida. In addition his office generated over $500,000,000 in residential loans in 2005.
David Wenger, is the Branch Manager of the Queens office. David graduated from Fordham University MBA program with honors and has been with the Company for 10 years. His leadership skills, as well as professional approach make him a very successful and key employee to the firm. David also possesses a strong expertise in commercial loans.
Michael Wielgus, Brooklyn Branch Manager, has been with the Company for 15 years. Michael comes from 17 years of experience in the mortgage industry. He possesses a deep knowledge of products, programs and is a tremendous asset to the Company through his very sought after guidance company-wide.
Kevin Randel, Regional Vice President (Denver, CO), has been an expert in luxury real estate financing for over 13 years. Kevin has consistently been a top producer in jumbo markets in Colorado and the surrounding region including Denver, Vail, Aspen, and Lake Tahoe.
